Shipping Methods & Times

 

 

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States (we only ship within the United States of America).

• This means, once customers place an order, orders are expected to arrive to customers within 10 business days. 

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

 

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

• Contact us immediately if your order is lost or damaged.

• For damaged items, we may request photos to arrange a replacement.

 

 

Notes

 

 

• Handmade soaps and skincare are fragile; we use protective packaging but cannot guarantee against extreme weather damage.

• We currently ship only within the United States.
