Due to the nature of handmade soaps and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items.

If your product arrives damaged or defective within the U.S.,( we only ship within the United States of America) contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion for damaged or lost items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
