Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  • Due to the nature of handmade soaps and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective within the U.S.,( we only ship within the United States of America) contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.

 


 

Refunds

 

 

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion for damaged or lost items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
